The order spec below goes straight to the cutting table. Fill it once and fill it precisely. Takes about three minutes. Fields with an orange mark are required.
01 Lead time — production orders
Standard production: within 21 working days — starting after sample approval and completion of all procedures. Denim / acid wash / special effects: 4–8 weeks — starting after sample approval and all required procedures. Time lost to late approvals, late balance payment, or materials you supply is not counted against the lead time.
02 Quantity tolerance
Production quantities may increase or decrease by up to 20%, depending on fabric behavior, supplier conditions, and manufacturing yield. Orders must be accepted within this tolerance range.
03 Measurements & tolerance
Measurements may vary within ±1–2 CM. This is acceptable manufacturing tolerance, not a defect.
04 Washing instructions & care
Products must be washed inside out, in cold water only. Failure to follow washing instructions releases F21 from responsibility for print damage, shrinkage, fading, or fabric issues.
05 Fabric availability & color variation
If a selected fabric color is unavailable, the closest available market color will be used. Fabric colors may slightly vary due to market conditions, supplier availability, and dye-lot differences.
06 Payment terms — production orders
70% upfront to begin production; remaining 30% before delivery. The deposit confirms your order and starts production.
07 Patterns
Using F21's standard pattern carries no extra fee. Building a new pattern from a physical reference or a size chart costs 500 EGP per size.
08 Samples & adjustments
Where a sample is provided, production proceeds to the approved sample. Any adjustments must be confirmed before bulk production begins. Changes requested after approval may affect price and lead time.
09 Artwork & rights
You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, all artwork, logos, and designs you submit. Your designs remain yours. F21's patterns, processes, and manufacturing know-how remain F21's.
10 Supplied packaging & materials
Any packaging or materials you provide must arrive complete and on time. Shortages or delays in supplied items may extend your lead time.
11 Cancellation
Once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable, as fabric and work have been committed to your order.
12 Delivery & claims
Please inspect your order on receipt and raise any quality concern with your F21 contact promptly so we can make it right.
Order received
Your spec is now with the F21 production team. We will confirm the details with you directly — standard production runs within 21 working days from sample approval — and your 70% deposit locks the production slot.
