Order a sample of your piece before you commit to a full run. This goes straight to our sample room. Takes about three minutes. Fields with an orange mark are required.
01 Sample fee
A sample is a paid service. The fee shown (1000, 2000, or 3000 EGP) is due to confirm your sample request and start work.
02 Custom fit / patron
A standard fit uses our existing patterns. If you need a custom fit, a new patron is built at an extra 500 EGP per patron.
03 Prints on samples
DTF and vinyl can be applied to your sample. Silk screen and puff print are treated as a production sample, not a standard sample.
04 Turnaround
Your sample turnaround is confirmed by your F21 contact. It begins once your payment clears and your spec is approved.
05 The sample is the reference
Your approved sample is the reference for any bulk order. Adjustments must be confirmed before bulk production begins.
06 Artwork & rights
You confirm you own, or are licensed to use, all artwork and designs you submit. Your designs remain yours. F21's patterns, processes, and know-how remain F21's.
07 Sizing & color tolerance
Samples are produced to standard manufacturing tolerances. Minor variation in measurements and slight color differences are normal and not defects.
