Factory 21 is a clothing factory in Cairo, Egypt, running since 2021. We make clothes for local brands and first-time founders: sampling, production, printing, packaging and delivery, with one team and one invoice.

The short version.
Minimum order
- 30 pieces per colour. Embroidery, distressed embroidery and silk screen need 100 pieces per print.
Samples
- Around 14 working days from a complete brief.
Production
- Around 21 working days from sample approval. Denim, acid wash and special effects take 4 to 8 weeks.
Payment
- 70% to start production, 30% before delivery.
Sample fee
- Paid up front, then credited into your bulk order when you confirm it.
Your designs
- They stay yours.

What we make.
T-shirts (regular, oversized and boxy), polos, tops, crop tops, tank tops, hoodies, zip-up hoodies, crewnecks, quarter zips, jackets, sweatpants, shorts, jeans, sportswear, dresses, linen shirts and caps.
We run 11 fabrics on the floor, from Milton for winter hoodies to linen for summer shirts. See them all in the fabric book.
Prints: DTF, embroidery, distressed embroidery, silk screen, puff print, vinyl and rubber.

Making clothes in Egypt usually means a fabric trader, a pattern maker, a workshop, a printer and a packaging supplier. That is five people to chase and five invoices. At Factory 21 one team owns the whole chain and answers for the result.

Finished, packed and labelled, ready to sell.
