Six stages, one accountable team, one thread you can follow the whole way. Here’s exactly what we do, and what you approve, at every step.

Spec
You submit a structured request: product type, materials, colors, size ratios, prints, finishing, packaging, and deadline. Everything we need to quote and build, captured once. You see your full spec written back to you as a datasheet before anything moves.

Sourcing
We source fabric and trims to your spec and hold them to the quality bar. You don’t manage suppliers or chase materials. We do that, and we own the result.

Sampling
Approval gateWe make the first sample and refine it with you. This is the gate: you review the sample, request adjustments, and approve it. Nothing goes into production until you’ve signed off on the real thing in your hands.

Production
Your approved sample sets the standard. We cut, sew, and finish your run to match it, at your order size. The approved sample is the reference the whole line is checked against.

QC
Every batch is inspected against your approved sample before it leaves the building. If it doesn’t match, it doesn’t ship.

Delivery
Finished and packed. Labeled and shipped to you, ready to sell. Your request is marked delivered and the thread stays on file for your next run.

SAMPLES
~14 WORKING DAYS
A sample takes time because it’s built and refined properly before you approve it. Expect around 14 working days from a complete brief. Tighter deadlines, tell us up front and we’ll tell you straight if it’s doable.
ORDERS
~21 WORKING DAYS
Once your sample is approved, expect around 21 working days for a production run, depending on size and complexity. We quote the real timeline against your spec, not a generic promise.
You won’t sit in the dark. Our team moves your request through the stages and you see each change, timestamped, in your account. These are expectations, not countdowns. If something shifts, you hear it from us.

Straight answers
The questions you’re actually asking.
Can we trust you with our designs?
Yes. Your files, specs, and IP stay yours. Artwork and tech packs live behind your account, not in open links, and we don’t reuse your work or show it without your written permission. Confidentiality is the whole point of being the only partner you deal with.
Are we too small, or too big?
Neither. We don’t publish a minimum. We quote to your size and tell you honestly what works. Start with a sample if you want to test us, or place a direct order if you already know what you need. Both doors are open.
Will we know what’s happening?
Always. Every request has an honest, stage-level status kept current by our team, and one thread where everything about that request lives. No scattered emails, no chasing, no surprises at the end.
