What is Factory 21?
Factory 21, full name Factory Twenty One, is a clothing factory and creative house in Cairo, Egypt, running since 2021. We make clothes for brands, and also handle design, branding, printing, packaging, shipping, content and ads.
Is Factory 21 connected to Forever 21?
No. Factory 21 is an independent Egyptian company with no link to Forever 21.
Where is Factory 21?
The factory is in El-Marg, Cairo. The office is in Tagmoa, New Cairo. You can book a meeting at the office or a call at factory21.co/book.
What clothes do you make?
T-shirts, polos, tops, crop tops, tank tops, hoodies, crewnecks, quarter zips, jackets, sweatpants, shorts, jeans, sportswear, dresses, linen shirts and caps.
What is your minimum order?
30 pieces per colour. Embroidery, distressed embroidery and silk screen need 100 pieces per print.
Do you work with new brands?
Yes. Local brands and first-time founders are who we're built for. Start with one sample, with no bulk commitment.
How long does a sample take?
Around 14 working days from a complete brief.
How long does production take?
Around 21 working days from sample approval. Denim, acid wash and special effects take 4 to 8 weeks.
Is the sample free?
No. You pay for the sample run. If you confirm a bulk order after approving it, the sample fee is credited into that order.
How much does it cost?
We don't publish a price list, because the price depends on the piece, fabric, print and quantity. Sign up, build your piece and ask for a quote. The price shows in your account.
How do I pay?
70% up front to begin production, and the remaining 30% before delivery.
Who supplies the fabric?
We source it to your spec, or you can bring your own. We run 11 fabrics on the floor, including Milton, French Terry, Linen and Gabardine.
What printing do you offer?
DTF, embroidery, distressed embroidery, silk screen, puff print, vinyl and rubber.
Who owns my designs?
You do. Your designs remain yours. Our patterns, processes and manufacturing know-how remain ours.
Will I get the exact quantity I ordered?
Close to it. Quantities can move by up to 20% depending on fabric behaviour, supplier conditions and yield, and measurements can vary by ±1 to 2 cm.
Can you build my whole brand?
Yes. Besides manufacturing we do design and branding, websites, printing and packaging, shipping and procurement, PR and content, photoshoots, media buying and AI automations.
How do I track my order?
Our team stamps each stage as your order moves, and you see it in your account. You can also check it at factory21.co/track with your order ref and email.
